How long will my order take?
We ship all US orders from our warehouse in California. Here's what to expect:

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?
Yes! Delivery to HI, AK and PR takes a little longer and carries a different rate due to the additional distance.

Where don't you ship in the US?
We're currently unable to ship to US territories including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses. If you're based in one of these locations and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at [support email] and we'll do our best to help.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends will go out the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then drop us a message and we'll look into it.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
